Our first time in California with Rocky man! It was my Dad's 50th birthday so we spent the weekend celebrating him and everything he does for us! He truly is one in a million. I freaking love that guy. We did the rugged maniac 5k.. Super muddy- super fun. Then we headed to Monterey. Chart house for dinner..THE best coconut shrimp. Have I thought about it since? you betchya. We stayed the night and went whale watching in the morning. We saw humpback whales, dolphins, sea otters, seals, and killer whales.. KILLER WHALES! Yeah- my life is complete. It was so fun. But so cold. And most of my family got sick. Not me and this strong sea stomach! The rest of the week was filled with hottubs (Rocky's first time and he loved it!!), good food, runs with my sister, fire pit, and lots of family time. We also saw a couple of my best friends which was lovely! Our time at home was heaven. Welcome to Pleasanton little Rocky babe!
