The week before Christmas is one of my favorite weeks. You still get to spend time with family anticipating Christmas and all the joy it brings, but you don't have that sad feeling when it's over. It's like the first day of vacation.You just know how much fun you're about to have. We spent the week in the snow, building a gingerbread house, traditional Riverside dinner, and just getting ready for the big day.
