"I don't want to miss a thing."

lately, Steven Tyler's "I don't want to miss a thing" has kind of been on repeat in my brain. the lyrics are just too good. although it's probably not a good thing, I kind of live in fear of missing life's special moments. I'm constantly reminding myself to live in the moment because "I don't want to miss a thing." so hearing this song live was a dream. not only did we meet Steven Tyler (the raddest of them all), rocky took his very first steps this weekend! we were staying at the Grand America in Salt Lake for Danny's work convention and out of the corner of our eye we see this little body taking about 8 steps! cuuuutest. with his arms in the air and his skinny little legs. little frankenstein baby. I also spent the day in a snow storm in Park City with this little open mouth kissaholic. we ended up getting stuck there cause my car couldn't handle the drive. all the stores were closed for a power outage, so we spent a couple hours playing in my car and pretending to drive. sometimes the days that seem like a mess are the ones I will cherish the most.
