our life as of late equals friends and adventures. this past week we spent a day in park city walking around our favorite spots and enjoying the weather. and i meann.. those cookie sandwiches filled with gelato? heaven. we also had a barbecue with friends in their new house. i love seeing friends take the next step in life (new jobs, new spouse, new baby, new house?! grown up life is pretty cool). ps can you tell how juicy that chicken is? y'all missed out.
now to our weekend adventure..
provo ➝ salt lake ➝ idaho falls ➝ jackson hole.
it wasn't until friday after work when we decided to pack up to go. we drove to idaho, where one Danny's best friend Ted lives. we surprised the crew and made the trek up there. we spent the day at a community festival full of live music and lots of laughter. that evening we headed to jackson hole wyoming. that drive tho. seriously the most gorgeous views through the mountains and snake river. (unfortunately i only took mental pictures of that one. do yourself a favor and check it out). we then went to dinner at rondezvous bistro. ahhhmazing. and the million dollar cowboy bar was classic. so country. live music, crazy line dancers. ideal people watching. and what is better than ending the night with 1:00 am pizza and a selfie with a mariachi band?? #nada.
